We were recently engaged to assist with obtaining approvals for a mezzanine in an apartment in the State and Local Government heritage listed Winchcombe Carson Woolstore in Teneriffe. The application is reasonably complicated and required input from both the Queensland Government and Brisbane City Council in order to gain approval.

We achieved a great result for the client and a significant value-add to their apartment by achieving approvals for the extension.
