Dan brings experience in high-rise and mixed-use developments to add to the vast planning and surveying experience at Allan Van Planning. We pride ourselves on strong working relationships with clients and prompt advice for all projects. Dan manages applications from the initial enquiry through to Council Approval as well as providing ongoing advice to many clients and identify areas for development opportunity.

A recent stint in the City Planning and Sustainability Branch at Brisbane City Council during the transition period for the Brisbane City Plan 2014 brings added knowledge of the Brisbane City Plan 2014 and developed a strong working relationship with key staff.

Dan has experience in a variety of developments including:

Reconfiguring a Lot applications for minor infill subdivisions to complex Volumetric Subdivisions; and

Material Change of Use applications for minor building extension through to mixed-use commercial/ residential development
