We needed to arrange the subdivision of a multi Unit dwelling to single-unit dwellings in New Farm.
After one bad experience and many hours trolling the net, I found the Allan Van Planning website.
Before I engaged Allan I fired off numerous research questions, and each time came back a prompt accurate reply.
We then arranged to meet on-site and were straightaway given a detailed breakdown of all costs and each step of the process required, in a very pleasant manner and in easy to understand language.
