We have recently lodged a development application for a 3 storey dwelling house located in Hamilton in the Brisbane City Council area.

The site is subject to Traditional Building Character Overlay and on a site with a steep slope. The design prepared by Strathpine Design and Drafting achieves a great design outcome for the site by creating a garage structure within the front setback area to allow for new living spaces opening to a large outdoor open space area atop of the new garage structure. The key character elements of the house have been retained and the overall outcome will be a great result for the family.
