AVP were engaged to seek approval for an extension to a Dwelling House for an existing character house in Bulimba.  Brisbane City Council approved the extension, which encroached into the side boundary setback areas at the rear of the house.  The result enabled the client to save on construction costs and maximise the area within the extension to their house.
