Our best approval yet! The development consists of constructing a 12 storey residential tower around an existing Heritage House on a high density site in Kangaroo Point. The building has unique design elements, which will create a landmark building for the area and reinvent the Heritage Building into the street.

We were able to achieve reduced setbacks in order to accommodate the new tower, whilst retaining the Heritage building in the common area of the development. Great result for the client and community. Very proud to be involved in such a great development from start to finish.
