SUCCESS!!! Great result for our clients

The Queensland Government recently reviewed the Shaping SEQ Regional Plan. Allan Van Planning made a submissions on behalf of land owners in the Gold Coast City to expand the Urban Footprint in the Alberton area just near Stapylton Jacobs Well Road. AVP prepared a strategic analysis of the area and relied on demonstrating a logical expansion to the nearby Yatala Enterprise Area and proximity to the Coomera Connector.

Ultimately the State Government agreed and amended the mapping to include many additional properties within the Urban Footprint, which now provides the opportunity for future development of their sites.
