Ipswich Plan 2024, does it impact you?

Allan Van Planning attended the release of the Ipswich Plan 2024 to better understand the context of what the new plan will provide for the City. Based on our initial review it seems that some of the subtle changes may create difficulties for development in the future versus the current Ipswich Planning Scheme 2006.
