We obtained approval for a Food and Drink Outlet in the Ipswich City Council area on a residential zoned property. The property currently houses a plant nursery, therefore allows for non-residential development to co-existing on the site.

The approval is a great opportunity for the owner and a fantastic addition to the local community.
