New Ipswich Planning Scheme

Now that the State Government election has been run and won, the Ipswich City Council are edging closer to adopting their New Planning Scheme for the City.

 We have found mixed outcomes from sites we have investigated, with many properties seemingly losing development potential as a result of the changes to the Planning Scheme.

  Whilst there are other opportunities available once the New Planning Scheme has commenced (Superseded Planning Scheme request), that process comes with added risk and cost versus lodgement of an application prior to the New Planning Scheme taking effect.
