One application we are particularly proud of is an application for the demolition of a pre-1946 house in a Traditional Character Overlay at Wooloowin. We were able to gain approval for the demolition and for a new house from the Brisbane City Council. The site was complicated by the airport tunnel easement running under the site. This meant a referral to the DTMR and once again we negotiated a serious discount in the referral authority’s application fees.
