In this project, we took a 2011 approval for 14 lots and after re-visiting the contours and the lot calculations, we were able to add 4 new lots for a total 18 lots. We changed the original approval by a Permissible Change application to the Ipswich City Council. It often pays to re-visit existing Development Approvals to see if we can add value.
