Adding a Lot to an Aprroval

Allan Van Planning have been working with a community group for the last couple of years to assist with securing a suitable site to obtain an approval for a Place of Worship. These sites are a challenging task with very few parts of the planning schemes allowing for growing in community infrastructure.

We obtained approval for the Church despite experiencing some challenges along the way but managed to resolve all issues to get an outcome for the community. We also made some changes following approval with negotiating some conditions and found some valued engineering solutions to reduce the overall cost of the development.
